Jane is an experienced HR leader, recruiter and entrepreneur with a strong background in HR business partnering and talent acquisition.
She specialises in recruiting mid-to-senior professionals across corporate functions and has a strong instinct for identifying talent that fits both the role and the organisation. Her experience as a facilitator also enables her to support conversations that go beyond recruitment and address wider people and business needs.
Jane brings an entrepreneurial and commercially grounded perspective to client partnerships.
Outside work, she enjoys travelling, discovering new places to eat and the occasional spot of retail therapy.
Managing Director and Co-founder
Pei Fen has built her career by taking the road less travelled, moving across HR, executive search, in-house talent acquisition and career coaching.
As an experienced recruiter and Certified Career Practitioner, she brings a broad perspective to both organisations and individuals. She understands recruitment from several sides of the table—helping businesses identify the right talent while supporting professionals through important career decisions and transitions.
Pei Fen works closely with clients to shape practical and flexible talent solutions, including permanent recruitment and Recruitment as a Service.
Outside work, she is a dog lover who enjoys travelling and spending time in nature.
Talent Engagement Manager
Sally has more than 18 years of full-spectrum HR experience across consultancy, retail, real estate and logistics.
Having worked as an HR lead across different operating environments, she understands the practical people challenges organisations face and the importance of connecting talent decisions with business needs.
Her broad HR experience enables her to bring both an operational and advisory perspective to recruitment and talent engagements.
Resourceful and committed, Sally believes that finding the right people is central to the growth and success of an organisation.
Director, Key Accounts
Aldrich has more than 10 years of talent acquisition experience spanning both in-house and recruitment agency environments in Singapore and Australia.
He brings full-cycle recruitment expertise and sector experience across life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical technology and hospitality.
Aldrich works closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements and identify talent who can contribute meaningfully over the longer term. His experience on both the internal and external sides of recruitment gives him a strong understanding of stakeholder priorities, candidate expectations and the importance of a well-managed hiring process.
Outside work, he is an avid runner and hiker who enjoys exploring new trails.
Director, Key Accounts
Elaine has more than 15 years of recruitment experience, with expertise across commerce finance, human resources and Recruitment as a Service.
A graduate in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University, she combines a strong understanding of business and numbers with extensive talent acquisition experience.
Elaine supports clients across permanent recruitment and embedded recruitment engagements, bringing structure, consistency and a practical approach to delivery. Her Recruitment as a Service experience enables her to work closely with internal HR and hiring teams as an extension of their recruitment capability.
Outside work, Elaine enjoys long walks and has a keen interest in personal finance and investments.
Operations Associate
Ariel supports the team across recruitment operations and administration.
She helps keep recruitment activities organised and moving, providing essential coordination behind client and candidate engagements.
With a strong understanding of recruitment operations, Ariel supports the processes, administration and day-to-day details that enable the wider team to work efficiently and deliver a responsive experience.
